As a service project for 2012, Steam Kitty Games is producing Bipolar
Explorer, a simulation of a month in the life of a person with Bipolar
disorder. The goal is to promote understanding of what it’s like to
live with Bipolar Disorder.
The print-n-play game will initially be available as a pay what you wish crowdsourced campaign, with all proceeds going to organizations which support people with Bipolar Disorder.
About the Game
The game explores what it is like to live with Bipolar Disorder, from the highs to the lows and trying to “Adult” in the midst of it all:
- Remembering to pay bills
- Dealing with depression
- Impaired judgement
- Manic episodes
- Medication
- and more
